On 08 September 2015 LifeNews published an article about the Nordisk Sikkerhet’s project in Ukraine. The article was written based on the grant-letters from the Norwegian government to our organization, which have been sent to one of the professional translation organization in Russia for translation from Norwegian into Russian. The translated documents intended to be used for project registration with various Ministries in Ukraine as international technical assistance. These grant-letters are publicly available in accordance with the Norwegian Freedom of Information Act “Offentleglova" of 19. May 2006 no 16 and the Freedom of Information regulation (FOR-2008-10-17-1119). They contain no sensitive or secret information and can be provided to anyone, including Russian media, upon request.
Furthermore, on 1 December 2014 Nordisk Sikkerhet AS published detailed information about the project on its website. So the project information issued by LifeNews contain rather old information, which has been publicly available for more than 9 months.
