Nordisk Sikkerhet hosts SBGS delegation

Nordisk Sikkerhet AS hosted a delegation from the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SBGS) from January 22nd to 26th, 2018. The three SBGS representatives met with Nordisk Sikkerhet experts in Norway.
During the visit Nordisk Sikkerhet and SBGS discussed the ongoing status of the current project for the Zhytomyrskyi border detachment. The two groups also discussed general issues regarding international assistance projects with the Ukrainian SBGS, including the potential for new projects in the future.
A meeting between SBGS representatives, Nordisk Sikkerhet experts, and the Norwegian Radiation Protection Authority (NRPA) was also held on January 26th. The purpose of the meeting was to update NRPA on the current status of the project for the Zhytomyrskyi border detachment, as well as ongoing issues regarding the work of SBGS to protect the Ukrainian border.
Nordisk Sikkerhet founder and project manager Pavel Tishakov said, “I am glad we had another opportunity to bring together teams from Nordisk Sikkerhet and SBGS here in Norway. Face-to-face meetings like this help us to further strengthen the trust and cooperation between Norway and Ukraine, and to build on previous efforts.
